The Holy Empire.

No matter where you are standing in Manhattan, it will always put you on the map, as long as you make sure to look up and recognize it.

Truth is, during my first visit to New York, I had no map, no plan and no data available in my phone. That building organized me through the whole adventure. If you ever have the opportunity, go up: the view won’t disappoint you.

Now in retrospective, it makes much sense to me that the Empire has such a name, and also the fact that it has become one of the main symbols of Manhattan.

I really enjoyed my time in NYC – I mean, how someone wouldn’t enjoyed being inside that bubble? Funny how a place can entertain you and suddenly change your point of viewing things, even yourself, if you just play along.
